By logging onto MHgroupbooking, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions herein and the terms and conditions contained in Malaysia Airlines’ Contract of Carriage (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Terms"). Furthermore, you agree to receive e-mails from Malaysia Airlines that may assist in planning your travels including, but not limited to fare information, new services, etc. Fares available on MHgroupbooking are fares which are available only for travel and tracking purposes. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site. Please check the Terms periodically for any changes to the Terms. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance thereof.
Travel Agent IATA and Non IATA access
By proceeding with this registration, you confirm that you are a registered Travel Agent with the necessary license required by the law of your country. Malaysia Airlines shall provide you with an Agency Log in ID (hereinafter "ALID"). Your employees must use the ALID to book each reservation made with Malaysia Airlines on MHgroupbooking. This ALID should not be disclosed or given to any unauthorized persons. The Agency is responsible for all bookings and payments made through their ALID.
Non Agent access
Malaysia Airlines shall provide you with your Log In ID. This Log In ID should not be disclosed or given to any unauthorized persons. You are responsible for all bookings and payments made through your own Log In ID.
Terms and Conditions of Use
By continuing using MHgroupbooking, you consent to website cookies usage, the Terms and our Privacy Policy. Malaysia Airlines Berhad reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Privacy Policy without any prior notice.
Indemnification
By logging onto MHgroupbooking, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Malaysia Airlines, its employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees arising from any use, misuse or abuse of MHgroupbooking.
Termination
Malaysia Airlines reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without prior notice.
